This week in maths we have been measuring length and height. We began by measuring different worms using centimetres. We then estimated and measured using metres. The children have been improving their accuracy using a ruler to draw lines of a certain length and also measure different lines and objects.
In English we have started our new text, Prince Cinders. We have really enjoyed reading it and discussing how the author has made the story funny. Our favourite part is definitely when Prince Cinders loses his trousers!
In RE we have been learning about the 7 Sacraments and used pictures to recognise the celebration taking place. We discussed what happens at each of the Sacraments.
