We had a great start to our week – on Monday afternoon, we took part in a mindfulness yoga session. During this session, we learnt how to look after our minds and our body – taking time out of our day to relax, heal and strengthen. Learning how to be kind to ourselves firstly and treating others with kindness. We returned to class feeling very relaxed and replenished.
We have also been working hard in Maths this week – we have been getting our heads around short and long multiplication. We have used the grid method, manipulatives to represent our calculations, as well as the written method. As we reach the end of our week, the majority of us have cracked it and are feeling much more confident!
