What a wonderful start to Elder Class this week! The children have embraced their dance lessons and have started using vocabulary from their topic lesson to devise a dance. We look forward to sharing this with you in a few weeks time.
In maths, we have continued learning how to partition four-digit numbers and how to represent numbers in different ways. During our English lesson, we have looked at a range of poems and picked out figurative language and how we use this language to create an image in the readers mind. Next week, we shall be using these literary devices to create our own poem.
Thank you to those parents who were able to join us last night for Meet the Teacher. It was wonderful to meet so many parents and we look forward to working together this year in helping your child meet their full potential. For those unable to attend, the power point has been attached to this email.

PE will take place on a Monday. Please could children come to school in PE kits and ensure any jewellery is removed.
