Directions and Commands

This week in our computing we have been orally giving commands to direct each other around a simple track. We had to make sure what we said was clear and accurate otherwise we were not allowed to move! Just like if we were creating algorithms on the computer. We then wrote commands to explain how a car could find its way home.

In our History this week we have completed our topic about the Titanic, discussing what changes were made after the sinking to keep people safe.

Last week in our Science, we acted out how electricity gets from a power station to our homes, travelling along pylons and into a sub station.

We know the children have really enjoyed their Forest School sessions this week, spending time outside.

Have a lovely weekend everyone!
