Welcome back! We have had a great start to the final half term.
On Tuesday, some of the children volunteered for medical examinations taking place at the hospital, for trainee doctors. They were so well behaved and a great representation for the school. They will be taking their certificates home today.
Prayer and Liturgy this week has been based around English martyrs – Charlie, Freddie, Corey, Dalwyn and Kyran have shared their worship with Little Saplings, Hazel and our own class. In RE, we have been learning about the healing miracles carried out by Jesus leading in to looking at the Sacrament of the Sick.
In Maths, we have started looking at angles. Today, we started to learn how to measure angles with protractors. For our first attempt I think we did a great job!
We are coming to the end of our Netball topic – the children have really enjoyed putting together all the skills they have been learning over the summer term. They have developed skills in passing, defending, shooting and tactics!
Wishing you a lovely weekend in the sunshine.
