We had some exciting events in the last two weeks. We have had an unwanted visitor in our class! Goldilocks has caused many problems eating teachers’ lunches, damaging chairs and leaving porridge footprints everywhere! We decided we needed to catch this trouble maker and we created a police station in our classroom. We had a fantastic visit from William’s Mummy who is a detective in the police force. She told us what police officers do and what different equipment they use. We asked lots of questions about her job and what we could do to catch Goldilocks. William’s Mummy even let us try on her uniform! After the visit we were understood more about what police officers do. We decided we needed to create wanted posters and trap to try and catch Goldilocks. We also decided to create our own ‘Bear Breakfast’ we learnt all about what foods are good for our body so we can make breakfast on Monday to share with our teddies.
Just a few reminders.
Monday- Teddy Bear Breakfast your child needs to bring in a teddy.
Monday- Cake sale for Rowan Class to raise money for recycling bins.
Monday- E-Safety meeting 4.30pm in school or via Zoom
Wednesday- Strike day
