Many of you will remember our annual ‘Sing Together’ concerts at King George’s Hall in Blackburn, which we have thoroughly enjoyed participating in, along with other primary schools, for some years now. This year, not wanting to forgo this uplifting occasion entirely, children from local primary schools have been invited to be part of ‘Let’s Go Sing!’ So, our children in Elder and Pine classes were delighted to be able to take part, albeit in a slightly different way. They began practising their singing and perfecting their actions to a selection of songs. This week, they were recorded in school and the videos have now been sent off, to be joined with those from other primary schools in our area. The children performed with such enthusiasm and joy and it was heart-warming to hear them ‘sing together’ once more. We are now excited to see the finished version in a few weeks! Very well done children and watch this space everyone!
