This week in maths we have been measuring length and height using centimetres and metres.
We started off by measuring different worms and then had a go at estimating and measuring using metres.
The children have all worked hard to improve their accuracy, particularly when using a ruler.
In English we have started to read our new text, Prince Cinders. The children have really enjoyed the story and we discussed how the author has made the story funny. Our favourite bit is definitely when Prince Cinders loses his trousers!
In RE we have been discussing the 7 Sacraments, recognising the celebrations from pictures and thinking carefully about what happens at each.
