May this season remind you of the hope, joy, love and peace found in Christ – Year 6

We have come to the final week of the Autumn term. What a busy term it has been and although this week has been slightly different as some of you are isolating at home, we should not forget how well you have all worked over the term. We hope that those of you at home received a little surprise in the post and we look forward to welcoming you all back in the New Year!

We have said goodbye to Geoff the chef this week as he retires after many years of cooking for us in school. Thank you to all Year 6 for your help in preparing his special book full of memories and goodbye messages.

We have also received a lovely letter and certificate from ACN to thank us for all our help and support over the term – they were particularly impressed with the video that we sent to them on RED WEDNESDAY!

As we approach the fourth Sunday of Advent we are reminded that this is a time for preparation. We hope you all manage to spend time with your families over the Christmas break and look forward to seeing you all in the new year.

Thank you for the cards and gifts that you sent into school – it is much appreciated!

Mr Parkinson and the Year 6 team.
