Modern Foreign Languages

At St Clare’s we are committed to providing children with a wide variety of learning experiences. We believe that learning another language develops children’s understanding and awareness of our multi-lingual and multi-cultural world. It introduces an international dimension to their learning, giving them an insight into their own culture and those of others.

During their time in Key Stage Two, children will develop a love of language in particular, French, providing them with a base of knowledge, which they can developing during High School.
