Police Visit Year 6!

It has been another busy week in Year 6.  At the start of the week we were lucky to have a visit from the Police and our local PCSO.  They spoke about knife crime and gave us lots of advice about how to keep safe.  All the children were a credit to the school, they listened very well and made excellent contributions during the discussions.  Six super runners took part in an inter-school Cross Country event, they ran superbly and did a great job!  Also, we have spent some time talking about our transition from Year 6 to Year 7.  A number of schools were involved in the session, we had the opportunity to ask lots of questions and discuss where we can go to get help if we are worried.  We have spent plenty of time outside this week improving our rounders skills, our throwing and fielding is definitely improving. Next Wednesday, we will have auditions for the Year 6 production and we cannot wait!  Enjoy your weekend and have fun.
