The children are settling into Elder class and have been taking part in a range of team building games during our PE lesson. In English, we have started looking at the features of poetry and during guided reading sessions it has been wonderful to see children pick out similes and alliteration. We have continued looking at place value this week in mathematics and have used manipulatives to start exploring thousands.
