This week has been a week of team work in all areas with lots of communication and listening to each others thoughts and ideas. The children have worked together creating woodland stories, building enclosures using new building techniques, replicating famous structures of the world even using the real tools to create themselves a new mud kitchen for the grass area.
As part of our RE we have been looking at the wonderful world we live in that God created. This week we had our own pilgrimage to the Ladywell shrine. The weather didn’t dampen our visit as we had some great puddles to jump in on the walk there and back. Whilst at the shrine we learnt about all the different statues of people and found various statues of Jesus and Mary. The children did really well in remembering key events that they knew about from the life of Jesus sharing them with us as we looked at the images.
