Elder Class spent time planning and preparing their prayer and liturgy in small groups for the term ahead. This week we began prayer and liturgy in class; as it is The Season of Creation we began with scripture from Genesis 1:1-31. The first group of children also shared their prayer and liturgy with Willow Class and it was delightful to see them sit and listen beautifully. We will continue sharing our prayer and liturgy with Willow Class over the year.
In maths, we explored number lines and the importance of interpreting intervals. We continued practicing our times tables. Our English lessons saw the completion of our poetry unit and today the children will present their poem to the class (which includes a range of figurative language).

PE takes place on a Monday.
Liverpool Cathedral trip will take place on Tuesday 10th October. Payment can be made on Arbor.
