We will remember them – Year 6

Firstly, it was lovely to see you all this week and share the progress that your children have been making with you. If you ever have any questions then please do not hesitate to be in touch.

Another week has flown by in class. We moved on from our letter writing, to create poetry to remember all those who sacrificed their life for us during conflict and war. It was extremely thought provoking to share them with each other today and reflect on the sacrifices that have been made so that we can live in peace.

We have also been busy preparing for the indoor athletics competition which we will be taking part in at the end of November. Our speed bounce skills are improving and we have been perfecting the standing long jump!

Have a lovely weekend with your families and I will see you all on Monday morning.
