What a busy week in Elder Class! We have been practising our Let’s Go Sing songs and the children are very much enjoying the few songs they have learnt so far. Next week, Rose (from Let’s Go Sing) will be coming into school to teach us more songs in preparation for the concert next March.
In English we began our new unit of writing, using the text The Firework-Maker’s Daughter. After reading the first chapter together, we had to decide on adjectives to describe the character, Lila. Then, the children had to find quotes to evidence their choice of character description.

PE days are now on a Tuesday. Please wear PE kits and as our PE sessions are usually outside, please bring your PE jumper.
