This week Pine Class were introduced to our tool box- they observed the bow saw, which we will be using over the next few weeks and used the palm drills. They were keen to use flint and steel to light cotton wool in preparation for cooking on our fire. Independently they went on scavenger hunts and learnt to tie a timber hitch knot- what a busy few days in the forest!
